CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy: At Sage & Sunflower Salon, we take great pride in offering each of our clients a personalized, attentive experience. As a busy salon nestled in a quiet, welcoming location, we operate exclusively by appointment to ensure every guest receives the time and care they deserve. To maintain this level of service, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, missed appointments, or schedule changes. This advance notice allows us to accommodate clients on our waiting list and continue providing timely service to everyone. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee based on the total booked services. • A 50% fee will be charged for the first missed appointment. • After three missed appointments, the full amount of the booked services will be charged for any additional missed appointments. Health & Safety Reminder: We strive to keep our environment healthy and safe for all. While we understand that illness can arise unexpectedly, we kindly ask that you do not come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Coming in sick can spread illness to other clients and staff, and as a busy stylist, getting sick could result in missed appointments that affect dozens of clients.
